I initially joined Rumpl as a temporary contractor to help bridge their hiring gaps, and ended up having an incredible time! Even in just two months, I had the opportunity to dive deep into the brand, take on a wide range of projects, and enjoy the creative freedom that comes with working for such a fun and flexible team.

Rumpl’s monthly giveaways function as strategic touchpoints—fostering collaboration with like-minded outdoor brands while engaging directly with their customer base. Each campaign featured a distinct visual identity and theme, offering a new creative direction every month. Concepting and designing these campaigns was both dynamic and rewarding.

Email design was a core part of my role at Rumpl—and, much like my time at Ruffwear, it quickly became a favorite aspect of the job. I contributed to seven distinct campaigns, each guided by its own visual center and creative direction. This approach not only kept the brand feeling fresh and dynamic, but also challenged me to stay sharply focused on visual consistency. I was especially inspired by how each campaign maintained a unique aesthetic while still feeling unmistakably “Rumpl.”

My involvement with Rumpl’s Amazon presence was brief but impactful. It was exciting to apply insights gained from building Ruffwear’s Amazon platform to inform the design of these product slides—translating brand storytelling into a retail-focused context with clarity and consistency.
